Corn Americas The harvesting of corn was very important to Native Americans, to the extent in which they held praying ceremonies to have a good harvest. Corn served as a food source and helped them with their ceremonies as well.
Tobacco Americas Native Americans have used traditional tobacco for many things throughout history, such as for medicinal purposes. To them, tobacco holds cultural and spiritual importance.
Measles Europe/Africa Diseases, such as measles, resulted in the death of millions of Native Americans. This made it easier for land to be taken over by others.
